We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred days and times; however, tutoring schedules are based on tutor availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Sister 2 Sister Educational Solutions.

Consent & Agreement

Please read the following statements carefully before signing.

Enrollment — I understand that submitting this enrollment form does not guarantee tutoring placement or a specific day or time. Tutoring is based on tutor availability, and my child's tutoring schedule is not confirmed until availability has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Payment — I understand that once tutoring availability is confirmed, I will receive a payment link. Payment must be received within two (2) calendar days to secure the confirmed tutoring session(s). If payment is not received within this timeframe, the tutoring time may be released.

Tutoring Policies — I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to the Sister 2 Sister Educational Solutions Tutoring Policies, including policies regarding payments, cancellations, missed sessions, rescheduling, and refunds.

Parent/Guardian Consent — I give permission for my child to participate in online tutoring services provided by Sister 2 Sister Educational Solutions and confirm that the information provided on this enrollment form is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
