About Us
Sister 2 Sister Educational Solutions was founded by sisters Tamekia Helm and Nickie Malone, two educators with a shared passion for education, expanding access to quality learning opportunities for students, and supporting educators in their practice. With over 45 years of combined experience in education, both hold Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degrees and bring extensive experience as classroom teachers and school leaders.
Together, they created Sister 2 Sister Educational Solutions to serve as a supportive resource for students, educators, and communities from all educational backgrounds. Their mission is to provide personalized support, practical solutions, and inclusive services that empower learners and strengthen teaching practices.
